By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Music, images, logos, written content, and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to demko and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
SMS Program
When you check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from demko about merchandise, music, and your inquiry at the mobile number you provided. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may be lower depending on your interaction with demko.
Consent and Opt-Out
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or form submission. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility and Number Changes
You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number provided. If your number changes or is reassigned, reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or notify us through the production inquiry form on the homepage.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal and mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or modify or discontinue the SMS program. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
